NTSB Chairmen, Robert Sumwalt, reports one fatality in the emergency landing of Southwest Airlines plane on Tuesday. The planes left engine failed, damaging the fuselage and forcing the plane to land. The flight was flying from LaGuardia Airport in New York to Dallas Love Field when it was diverted to Philadelphia International Airport.
